To invite me to read your property and settle the energy to harmonise your space for health, abundance and peace, all you need to do is choose whether you prefer a distance/remote reading, or an on-site visit.

The results of the reading and healing are exactly the same!

The only difference is that by having me on-site I am able to give you more in depth information and education about what I am reading and healing.

How to Arrange a Distance/Remote Reading

All you need to do is email me with:

1. an outline of your building

2. the outline of your fence line

3. front door

4. road

A Correction Report will be returned to you within 14 days.

We will then arrange a time for you to phone and I will go through the list of corrections with you. I allow approximately 10- 15 minutes for this phone consultation and it is included in the reading.

A distance/remote land energy reading/healing is $195.

How to Arrange an Onsite Reading

All you need to do is contact me via email or telephone to arrange a suitable time.

I then come out to your property and spend an hour to an hour and a half with you and leave you with a detailed report. This costs $395 plus (calculated on the distance and time). Please contact me for a quote.

Maintenance or top up reading/healing

This service is a tune in and adjustment made after some time has passed since the original reading/healing. These top up readings are not always necessary. Just as our bodies require maintenance e.g. healing, so do our properties, businesses etc. This helps in keeping the vibration 'up' on your land as external influences and changes can play a part in disturbing the flow of energy and harmony. I would recommend one or twice a year or if you feel 'something is not quite right'. I will work off the original plan [which I have on file] and this can be done via a distance reading/healing and would include a phone consultation." The cost of this service is $125.

Pre-purchase reading/healing

Once you have made a decision to purchase a property and you wish to put in a contract this is the perfect time to have a prepurchase reading/healing. The benefit of having the reading at this stage is it may assist with the contract going through seamlessly e.g. finance, building inspection etc. The pre purchase reading/healing also sets the energy on the land to bring harmony to the earth.

You would need to send basic information on a piece of A4 paper with the outline of the boundary, the outline of the house/building, the front door and the road.

When the purchase is finalized I can then proceed with the full reading/healing. This prepurchase service is only $95 which is then deducted off the full reading price leaving a balance of $100 to complete the full reading/healing.
